October 18th: Student’s fellowship application
November 2nd: Registration and abstract submission
November 16th: Notification of abstract acceptance and accommodation
November 27th: Conference fee payment
December 1st: Hotel deposit (200 € deposit)
As soon as you receive the notification for your accommodation, please proceed to the payment of the deposit to the hotel
Your room reservation will expire if you don’t proceed to the deposit

130 € Students
Participants will be asked to choose their preferred payment method (bank transfer or credit card) during registration. Payment instructions will be sent by email after registration.
Please note: Cash payments at the conference desk will not be possible.
The deadline for payment is November 27th.
